30 Minute Health Review and Supplement Recommendation

If you would like Dr. Nelson to review your health questions and current supplement program and give you some suggestions, this is the service for you.

This service needs to be paid in advance and covers up to 30 minutes of time.  If it takes longer than 30 minutes, we will let you know and bill $25 for each additional 15 minutes.

Please give up to a week to hear back from us.
